First and foremost, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the e-KSS team for their continuous dedication, hard work, and commitment in assisting the Judiciary in embracing the digital era of legal administration and court management. Their efforts have played a significant role in strengthening and modernizing the delivery of judicial services in Sabah.

The implementation and enhancement of the e-KSS system reflect the Judiciary’s ongoing commitment towards a more efficient, transparent, and accessible justice system. In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, technological advancement is no longer an option, but a necessity. Therefore, the role of e-KSS is indeed vital in supporting legal work and facilitating smoother court processes for all stakeholders.

We remain optimistic that the continuous improvement and enhancement of the e-KSS system will always remain a foremost priority. These improvements are not only aimed at facilitating court users, but also to benefit the entire legal fraternity involved with the courts, including judges, judicial officers, lawyers, enforcement agencies, and court staff.
