Welcome to the official website of the State Court of Sabah.

It has been one of the tremendous achievements of 2021 for the State Court of Sabah to come up with its own portal. This is in line with the mission that us led by the Right Honourable Chief of Malaysia on optimising the use of technology in improving the access to justice. With the Malaysian judiciary's motto of 'Empowering Access to Justice', it is hoped that limitless boundaries can be achieved through the use of technology to and by everyone.

The State Court of Sabah has embarked the use of technology since th early 2000. Various implementations of high-tech systems just to name a few such as Case Management Systems (CMS), online filing (e-filing), Court Recording Transcribing (CRT), Self Represented Litigant (SRL), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and alongside with the other states in Malaysia, the launching of the official portal for the State Court of Sabah. This in turn will present the idea to the world that our Malaysian judiciary are founded based on core values which are accountable, independent and technology driven.

As the Director of the State Court of Sabah, I would like to take this opportunity to convey my deepest appreciation to the committee for their invaluable efforts in the setting up of the official portal for the State Court of Sabah. It is with my highest hope to seee the visitors of this portal can fully utilise the available features of the system in obtaining a secure and fast legal access. Let us all work together to achieve the vision in becoming a credible judiciary based on technological advances by year 2025.
